Morgan Success Scholarship
Summary
The John E. Morgan Foundation announced that it will fund Morgan Success Scholarships for qualified applicants until the spring semester of 2032. Each year the Morgan Foundation funds up to full tuition (after other grants and scholarships are received) for those graduating Tamaqua Area High School seniors who attend LCCC.
Requirements
- Applicants must be a graduate of Tamaqua Area High School and have attended Tamaqua Area High School for no fewer than two academic years immediately prior to graduation.
- Priority application for admission to LCCC is May 1.
- Complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) at www.fafsa.ed.gov – priority filing deadline May 1 (designate LCCC’s school code, 006810, on the application).
- They must be a degree-seeking candidate enrolled in at least nine credit hours for Fall semester.
- Not on academic probation.
- Students may not be related to any trustee of The John E. Morgan Foundation.
To Apply
Complete a Morgan Success Scholarship Information Form, available from the LCCC Financial Aid Department, and submit it with an LCCC application. By filing a priority application by May 1.
